February Card Idea

Even though this card might look like a valentine and can be a valentine, with just changes in color and greetings it can be an easy any-occasion card. The Framed Tulips Embossing Folder gives any card an elegant look. The tree (minus glittery hearts) can be colored for any occasion or season, and any sentiment can be stamped in the corner.
