Quickie Love You Much card

This is a quick card I made using Stampin' Up!'s Love You Much bundle, on sale until the end of January.  The card is Riding Hood Red; the image is on Very Vanilla and backed with Mellow Moss; the strip is from the Candy Lane Designer Series Paper.  The image was stamped using stampin' write markers.  There's no Riding Hood Red stampin' write marker, but you can create one temporarily by touching the tip of a blender pen to some Riding Hood Red ink refill.  I cut out the "you much" and popped it up underneath the word, then added a few hearts punched with the Heart to Heart punch.

A new business tool for Stampin' Up! Demonstrators...

The Business Stampers Group is launching soon!  Created by John Sanpietro, a stamping business coach, it's going to be a resource for demonstrators looking to improve their businesses.

A Wedding Party!

I was asked to help KC create wedding invitations....so we met, came up with a design and this past weekend, got together for a work party!  Lots of work, but the invitations turned out wonderfully....just a bit more work and they will be done in plenty of time to be mailed out!

I'm behind the camera...otherwise I was cracking the whip LOL just kidding!!!

(oh, and the future mother in law somehow managed to avoid this photo op too....lol)

It's All About Me...

This is the layout that the scrappers club did the other evening.  Page is kraft cardstock, with Baja Breeze and Riding Hood Red Accents.  Images from Doodle This are in Sahara Sand, and the title is done with the Big Shot Naturally Serif (the smaller size letters) and Serif Essentials Alphabet (the "ME").  The letters were die cut from the textured cardstock; we swiped the ink pad over the cardstock for the letters ME to make the texture stand out even more.  The flower from Doodle This was done in Basic Brown on watercolour paper and coloured
with the Aquapainter.  Lots of activity in these two pages!

A definition from Define Your Life is on the second page, along with some pretties from the Pretty Kit.  Recognize the covered chipboard?  It's from the Country Living Holiday Kit!  It's not just for ornaments - as you can see, they add a great touch to this scrapbook page.  The kit is HALF PRICE right now as part of the Inventory Blow Out special - running only until January 18th.  If you're keen to capitalize on this bargain, click on the "Shop Now" link at the top right of the blog, or go to my business website at www.yamstamps.stampinup.net  You can always contact me directly as well.

New Catalogue is en route....

and there's LOTS of new goodies in store!!  I'll be stalking the mailbox as of Monday...  As many of you know, I have attended Stampin' Up!'s Leadership Conference pretty much every year since I've been a demonstrator...this year, however, I opted not to go.  Trust me, not an easy decision.  I do however, have my spies in place....and there's so much coming down the pipe at us!  New stamp sets of course, and now some single stamps as well, new punches, lots of new accessories, and for the Big Shot - new dies (there are POP UP dies coming!!) and Texture Plates to add that extra something....PLUS....Stampin' Up! is entering the world of Digital Scrapbooking!  Now, don't worry, nothing will ever replace traditional scrapbooking, but this is a fantastic new area to venture into.  I have dabbled a bit with digital scrapbooking and look forward to this new program!
